Sewa TT’s First CERT Trainees Ready to Serve!
We’re proud to celebrate the first batch of Sewa TT volunteers who have completed the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training! 💪🏽
This training program, done in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government and TT CERT, is part of our commitment to building resilient communities by equipping our volunteers with critical life-saving skills.
📚 Over two intensive weekends, these dedicated volunteers covered:
✅ Disaster Preparedness
✅ Fire Safety and Suppression
✅ Basic First Aid and Triage
✅ Light Search and Rescue
✅ Team Organization and Leadership and more…
After passing their online assessments, they now await a live simulation exercise to put their knowledge into action.
This is just the beginning of Sewa TT’s journey to strengthen national disaster preparedness, community by community. 🌍💛
